tpn is a brand-centric retail marketing agency that provides thought-provoking perspectives, ideas and inspiration to global brands and retailers. The agency helps clients navigate the evolving retail environment and create inventive solutions to key business challenges, hence its tagline, “reimagine retail.” Its key clients include household names such as 7-Eleven, Gatorade, and Bank of America.

 

With 9 offices across the US, tpn needed a better way to coordinate both its new business development as well as its client service activities. Enter PBworks and its Agency Hub and New Business Hub products.

 

tpn uses Agency Hub to engage with key clients. This includes coordination and content development. The tpn team uses Agency Hub to manage strategic planning sessions that include competitive briefings, lifeline plans, and ad campaigns. Agency Hub lets the team stay on the same page before, during, and after these sessions, turning them from one-time events to permanent resources.

 

One of the other tpn teams uses Agency Hub to manage all the brand collections and packaging standards. Storing this information within Agency Hub keeps it readily findable and accessible to all the members of the team, wherever they might be, and whether they use computers, tablets, or smartphones to access Agency Hub.

 

Nor is Agency Hub limited to specific clients. The tpn team maintains an internal knowledge called “TPN Xchange,” where members of the team can share ideas and insights across the entire organization.

 

Meanwhile, tpn’s new business team uses New Business Hub to coordinate the agency’s client acquisition activities. New Business Hub serves as a repository of historical information for all clients across all stages of the client relationship, with information gathered from prospecting to pitch. The team maintains “New Business Decks” for all of tpn’s accounts, as well as a “Public Relations” intranet which stores all the agency’s awards, announcements, and pitch letters for later usage.

 

Together, New Business Hub and Agency Hub help the tpn team coordinate their activities from prospecting to delivering award-winning programs for their clients.
